We have a great opportunity for the right candidate to join our dynamic team supporting our Nurse Practitioner. This practice is intertwined with our high-end chiropractic sports medicine practice, and duties will support both. The Medical Office Assistant will be responsible for:
- Greeting patients warmly and managing check-in / check-out
- Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining a full, efficient schedule for longevity consultations, HRT appointments, DEXA (bone density) scans, and chiropractic visits
- Handling payments, reviewing pricing, and assisting with questions
- Supporting the Nurse Practitioner, doctors, and clinical staff with patient flow and documentation
- Coordinating DEXA scan logistics and related administrative tasks
- Miscellaneous office duties to keep both practices running smoothly
This position is full-time. Medical office experience is preferred but not required — at least 2 years of strong administrative or customer-service experience is needed.

- Opening and/or closing office daily [Hours range from Mon-Fri 7:30am-7:30pm & Saturdays 7:30am-1:00pm] *rotating Saturdays
Compensation based on experience — Hourly + Monthly Bonus potential
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
