Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence.
Answer resident call lights promptly.
Take and record vital signs as assigned.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Current Illinois CNA Certification in good standing.
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide quality care in a fast-paced environment.
