We have a client in the North Indianapolis market seeking a Top 1% Sales Associate seeking a huge earning opportunity in a long-term established independent automotive dealership! Experience is a HUGE PLUS!!!

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
1. Driven-This means that you’re not asking what day you have off, how much vacation time you get, or how much is your minimum guarantee
2. Takes Ownership-This means that you treat co-workers, customers, and vendors like they mean everything (because they do!)
3. Forward Thinking-You see what opportunities exist for growth outside of the traditional means (looking for where the business is headed and act appropriately)
4. Customer Centric-You always do the right thing for the customer and get them better that even in the end
Preferred
1. Recent “Hands-On” Experience-Sales, Desk, or Finance
2. Desire to sell 20+ cars every month and get PAID HUGE
3. Social Media know how-Video Experience
4. CRM Experience-Sales Funnel
5. Automotive Marketing Experience
We require a valid drivers license, clean background check, and a “People First” mentality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
