Software Engineer III – IT Sales Domain (IBM Sterling OMS)

Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer III to join our Sales Domain IT team, specializing in the development and modernization of enterprise applications built on the IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) platform. This role is ideal for an experienced Java developer with 10-15 years of industry experience, particularly in large-scale, high-revenue environments. You will play a key role in building scalable, reliable, and maintainable SaaS-based web services that support the entire sales quote and order lifecycle—from intake through invoicing.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC), including code reviews, documentation, and automated testing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Expert proficiency in Java, including Java 21 features such as streams, functional programming, asynchronous programming with Futures, Virtual Threads, and CompletableFutures.
