Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Night Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Support meal plating and presentation to ensure appealing dishes are served.
- Follow all food safety regulations and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or issues to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation during busy night shifts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques.
- Experience with food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with menu planning, fine dining standards, and catering services.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high-quality standards.
