General Maintenance and Janitorial responsibilities associated with an elementary school and associated buildings.
Basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical skills.
Ability to perform manual lifting of at least 75 lbs
Mandatory overtime when necessary to facilitate snow removal
Janitorial skills including floor care a plus
Valid drivers license a plus
Ability to pass multiple back round clearances and classes are mandatory for job.
High school diploma or better are required.
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
