What You'll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance inspections, troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration issues, identify system performance concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions to homeowners.
You'll work independently throughout the day while maintaining communication with dispatch and support staff, ensuring customers receive timely, professional service. Success in this role requires strong technical ability, excellent customer communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every call.
Qualifications
Residential HVAC diagnostic and repair experience required
EPA Certification required
Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and system performance diagnostics
Ability to communicate recommendations clearly and professionally with homeowners
Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and residential comfort systems
NATE Certification is a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
