We’re California Greenhouses, a Wholesale/Retail Nursery that’s been family-run for 50 years. We’re not just selling plants, we’re building a strong team that takes pride in doing the hard work well. This is not easy work, it’s physical, outdoors, and demanding. You’ll sweat, get dirty, and be on your feet all day. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

What You’ll Do
- Support Customers – Help them find what they need, answer questions on plants and products, pull and load orders, and run the register when needed.
- Hands-On Greenhouse Work – Water, clean, weed, prune, and keep sales areas clean and organized.
- Fulfill Orders – Pull and tag orders for wholesale and retail customers.
- Shipping & Receiving – Receive new shipments and make sure they’re stocked properly.
- Inventory Support – Learn our software and support the team in tracking what’s coming in and going out.
- General Maintenance – Do whatever it takes to keep the greenhouse running smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist with Deliveries – From time to time, operate box trucks up to 26' to deliver live plants and materials to customers. Load and unload with care and efficiency.
What You Need
- A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to jump in wherever needed
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV record (must provide DMV report prior to hire)
- Ability to operate box trucks up to 26' safely and responsibly (previous experience preferred)
