You will be directly responsible for membership growth, sales execution, and front desk performance across two busy Massage Envy locations. This is a leadership position for someone who understands that strong sales = strong clinics.
- Membership sales growth and conversion performance
Front desk sales execution, accountability, and coaching
Daily focus on closing, objections, and follow-up
Sales training for new hires and underperforming team members
Monitoring KPIs: conversion, cancellations, retention, and revenue impact
Maintaining high standards for guest experience while driving results
Stepping in on the floor during peak hours to lead by example
Aggressive commission and incentive opportunities
