JOB Election Inspectors are responsible for managing the polling place and maintaining order on Election Day. Election Inspector duties include setting up the polling place, registering voters, recording election participation, issuing ballots, processing absentee ballots, monitoring and troubleshooting voting equipment, counting votes, completing required forms, and delivering Election Night returns. Work involves enforcement of State and Federal Election Laws. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

Set up and maintain an orderly polling place.
