Position Summary:
We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative at The NEW Dermatology Group, you will be a ‘director of first impressions,’ managing front desk operations and ensuring that all of our patients have an excellent experience at our clinics. 36-40 hours/week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The Patient Service Representative is responsible for greeting all patients upon arrival in a warm and welcoming manner, as well as completing the registration process (checking in, verifying demographics and insurance, making any necessary changes, collecting co-payments/payments), making appointments and answering phones. Along with effectively balancing this workload, our ideal candidate must be able to maintain a calm, friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.

- Ability to follow our policies and procedures
- Must be willing to travel between Green Bay and Appleton
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be computer-literate with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Must be a friendly and welcoming team player who is able to work well with others
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, must have at least one year of medical reception and insurance experience, or equivalent experience.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Our clinics are a fast paced and somewhat noisy environment at times. All clinic staff (including Patient Service Representatives) wear scrubs.
