Full Season Dates: ASASP- Oct 5, 2026 (limited employment may be available through Oct 20).
Compensation: $15.25/hr + equitable share of the tip pool.
Staff member benefits include free community-style housing (private rooms), an hourly wage paid out bi-weekly, an equitable share of the tip pool, one free meal daily when the restaurant is open, paid sick leave (accrued each pay period) and free and discounted activities.
NOTE: We have a strict zero tolerance drug and marijuana policy and we do not allow pets in staff housing.
Our restaurant:
Our restaurant utilizes a casual, counter-service style, serving pizza and classic American fare. We're a small crew and everyone should expect to be trained on all stations in the kitchen, including prep, grill, fry, pizza, salads, dessert, dishes, and expo. While this role is primarily back of house, kitchen team members should also expect to occasionally jump in to help in the front of house, running food, bussing tables, taking orders etc...
Who is the ideal candidate?
- Possesses a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen
- Proficient in knowledge of basic kitchen skills, standards, food safety, and etiquette.

What does this job entail?
- Train and work on all food stations including pizza, salads, grill, fryer, dessert, expo, and dishes to prepare a la carte orders while in a fast-paced, sometimes high-volume environment.
- Cook the daily staff meal
- Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and safety of assigned workstation
- Assist with opening and closing tasks
- Be willing to jump in wherever asked or needed- no one is above doing dishes
- Occasionally assist with needs in the front of house, such as running food, bussing tables, taking orders etc...
- Assist with any general cleaning or other duties as assigned
- Assist other departments as needed with special projects, requests, or events
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of line cook experience working in a professional kitchen
- Food Handlers Certification (must acquire prior to employment)
- High School Graduate/GED equivalency
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work in a standing position for up to 8-12 hours per day
- Able to safely lift 60lbs (50lbs overhead)
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years experience working in a professional kitchen
- Food Protection Manager certification
- Proficiency on the grill station
- Proficiency working with pizza dough
