Responsibilities

- Implement proper sanitation procedures, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
- Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely to clean floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique to prevent injury.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working order for optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with knowledge of janitorial or custodial procedures preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely during outdoor work or deep cleaning projects.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude towards clients.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, and the use of various cleaning detergents required for effective sanitation.
- Prior experience in outdoor work environments or residential housekeeping is advantageous.
