American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with Level 4 NICU experience for a night shift travel assignment at a children's hospital.

Position is based in a children's hospital NICU setting

Level 4 NICU patient population; cardiac PICU experience preferred
-
Night shift schedule: 7p–7a (4x12-hour shifts)

36 or 48 hours available per week
-
Every other weekend required
-
Every other holiday required

Unit uses a self-scheduling model; the manager will explain during a call, but desired schedule cannot be guaranteed

Epic EMR experience required
-
13-week contract
-
RRT certification required and must be held in-hand at time of consideration

Active state license required; VA license pending is acceptable provided a temporary license can be obtained before start — a license from another state must be held to be eligible for the VA temporary license (license required if applicable)

BLS and NRP certifications required

ACCS certification preferred

Minimum Level 4 NICU experience required

Cardiac PICU experience preferred

Two professional references required for consideration

Copy of Driver's License and Social Security card required for consideration

No RTO will be approved for the July 4th holiday
