Responsibilities
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping duties such as laundry and floor care to ensure a tidy environment.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain hygiene standards in both residential and commercial settings.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and effectiveness in cleaning operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety practices is essential.
- Ability to perform tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to commercial cleaning, sanitization, and specialized services such as carpet care is a plus.
