Duties
- Assist with planting, harvesting, trimming, and general crop maintenance using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery such as tractors and irrigation systems
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently under supervision
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules for cannabis plants in outdoor fields
- Support operations and horticultural tasks to promote healthy, vigorous plant growth
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow strict sanitation and compliance protocols
Experience
- Growing experience in crops, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation, including greenhouse management or irrigation systems
- Basic math skills for measurements, nutrient calculations, or planting schedules
- Knowledge of farming practices such as soil preparation, crop rotation, or greenhouse cultivation is advantageous
