Overview:
As a Team Member, you are the face of our restaurant, creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Whether greeting customers at the counter, preparing our world-famous food, or ensuring the restaurant is clean and stocked, your role is essential in making sure customers return time and time again. This is a fun and fast-paced environment where teamwork, customer service, and a positive attitude are key to success!
Key Responsibilities:

Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems

Prepare and package food and beverages accurately.

Assemble and package orders

Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas

Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstations
-
Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments
-
Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests

Provide friendly and efficient service to guests

Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant

Work collaboratively with team members and managers

Maintain and organize stockroom and refrigerated areas
Qualifications:

No prior experience required.
