We’re looking for someone experienced, dependable, and proactive — someone who doesn't just wait to be told what needs fixing, but takes initiative to keep our hotel in top shape for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance across all areas of the hotel (guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house)
- Troubleshoot and repair.
- Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained for both guests and staff
- Work closely with management to identify and prioritize projects
- Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance records
- Respond quickly to guest requests and emergencies with professionalism and urgency
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a hotel or commercial setting
- Solid working knowledge of general maintenance procedures
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
