Position Overview
Our Team Members are the heart of Mash Dogs. Every employee is cross-trained to provide flexibility, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support one another during busy shifts.
You'll learn multiple stations while developing valuable hospitality, teamwork, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and welcoming customer service.
- Prepare food according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate the grill, fryer, register, expo station, and food prep areas after training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work as part of a team to deliver fast, accurate service.
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
- Maintain a positive attitude while supporting teammates and guests.
- Continuously learn new stations and responsibilities through cross-training.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you will:
- Successfully complete paid training.
- Become certified on multiple restaurant stations.
- Deliver excellent guest service.
- Demonstrate reliability and teamwork.
- Meet company standards for food quality, speed, and cleanliness.
- Begin working toward future leadership opportunities.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right people.
About the Opening Process
Our Katy restaurant will begin with paid training at our established Houston-area restaurants before transitioning into a planned soft opening. During this time, you'll learn our systems, recipes, and hospitality standards while helping prepare for a successful grand opening.
