Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Therapy & Stretch Staff fluent in Spanish to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy services including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure safety during sessions
- Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver effective pain management solutions
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and occupational health practices to support ongoing wellness outside the treatment room
- Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and relevant health information in compliance with clinic standards
- Deliver outstanding patient service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and certifications related to med spa and therapeutic services
Experience
- Previous experience in a med spa or clinical setting providing massage therapy or related wellness services is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage and pain management
- Proven ability to perform deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced techniques effectively
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those requiring occupational health or injury recovery support
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required to serve our diverse client base effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service with a positive, energetic attitude
