RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult with customers to identify their vehicle repair and servicing needs
- Generate accurate cost estimates and establish work orders
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
- Communicate with customers regarding time expectations, updates, questions, etc.
- Keep up to date on new automotive products, services, and technologies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive service writer/advisor
- Solid understanding of automotive systems, including parts, tools, and services
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional personal appearance and friendly personality
- Ability to follow company processes and procedures
