What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers looking for their perfect mattress
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored sleep solutions
- Close sales and meet/exceed monthly targets
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming
- Work weekends and some holidays (our busiest times!)
What You’ll Get:
- Salary: $80K–$120K (depending on experience + performance)
- Starting Bonus: Up to $3,000

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail or sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Weekend availability is a must
