Compensation Breakdown:
- Hourly Rate: $24 - $34 per hour!
- Annual Range: $100K A Year!
- Performance Pay: Ideal candidates earn weekly pay of $100-$800 a week
- Bonuses: We have a monthly bonus on top of the above.
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm EST
- Overtime available

Requirements:
- 2+ Previous Residential Service Experience is important
- Has experience working in in the RESIDENTIAL ELECTRIC arena and has the energy and ability to do the work
- Looking to grow in the electrical trade and learn to do work our way
- Bring continuous improvements to our company by showing us your way
- Resourceful problem-solver who can think on their feet and handle unexpected challenges effectively.
- LOVES improving processes and making things better
- Has a proven track record managing projects
- Has a borderline obsessive knack for those little details to help ensure things don't slip through the cracks

- Fast-paced, progressive business requires your help. Our team is looking for someone to help us run and do the work required in the Service on Demand field and support/run Residential Install projects.

This is no small feat and will only be possible with the right kind of team members.
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
