Elite Casino Resorts operates five gaming resorts located throughout Nebraska, Iowa and Illinois. Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack, which is scheduled to open in Fall 2025, will become our sixth resort property. The Slot Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting guests with all slot related issues, including but not limited to: paying slot machine hand pays, filling slot machines with payout tickets, assisting guests with operating the slot machines and using their Resort Club cards, and ensuring minimum slot machine down time through routine maintenance.

Accurately paying out all slot machine jackpots and completing all paperwork.

Servicing minor slot machine malfunctions.

Maintains a constant presence throughout the casino floor in order to assist guests on how to play and read the machines.

Safeguard the assets of the company.

Attends all company required training.

Complies with all NE Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations and any other local, state, or federal guidelines.

High School diploma or equivalent

No slots or casino experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Ability to listen to and resolve customer complaints.
