We are seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join our team and support our growing accounting department. The successful candidate will maintain financial records, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of foundational accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Record monthly journal entries and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts.

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping tasks and assist with month-end closing procedures.

Prepare and review financial documents such as invoices, bills, and ledgers.

Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and credit card reconciliations.

Assist in the preparation and review of departmental budget reports.

Maintain accurate accounting records in strict accordance with company policies and GAAP procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience (Required).

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field preferred.

Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and general computer technology.

ERP Systems: Prior experience with General Ledger systems is required; hands-on knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) is a strong plus.

Innovation: Familiarity with AI tools or automated accounting workflow technologies is a plus.

Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
