$30,000–$36,000 annually + Performance Bonuses

1+ year of experience in a healthcare practice, medical office, or hospital preferred

Previous sales or customer service experience

Inventory management experience is a plus

Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations

A high school graduate or equivalent (GED)
As a Wellness Coordinator, you will:

Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient
-
Welcome and check in patients for their appointments
-
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

Educate patients about chiropractic care, memberships, wellness packages, and current promotions
-
Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
-
Meet and exceed membership and sales goals
-
Re-engage inactive members through follow-up communication
-
Assist with marketing and community outreach initiatives to attract new patients

Maintain accurate patient accounts using our point-of-sale software
-
Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
-
Support your team while maintaining a positive and professional work environment

Communicate patient concerns to management and follow established policies and procedures
-
Embrace feedback, continuously learn, and seek opportunities for professional growth

Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
