Summary
As a Kitchen Team Member at Zeke’s, you will play an integral role in our kitchen operations. Located in a dynamic environment, this position is essential for ensuring the quality and presentation of our dishes while maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are strictly followed during food preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Participate in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
- Support catering events by preparing food items as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
