Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our affiliate marketing initiatives and drive strategic growth for NovaLabs, a peptide brand. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and brand visibility. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliates posting multiple times daily.
Duties
- Outreach and recruit committed affiliates
- Oversee the affiliates and ensure they are meeting their deliverables
- Monitor winning creatives and trends
We have a lot of performance based incentives and bonuses above the base pay and there is a lot of room to grow with this position so if you feel like you are qualified and can perform well, we would love to get started ASAP!
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
