Physician Assistant (PA) – On-Site Telehealth Provider
Location: Canarsie, Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $155,000–$175,000 annually
A healthcare organization in Canarsie, Brooklyn, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to provide patient care through telehealth.
Important: This is not a remote or work-from-home position. The provider must work on-site from the organization’s Canarsie office while conducting patient appointments virtually.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Review medical histories, medications, laboratory results, and diagnostic reports
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications when appropriate
- Provide patient education and preventive-care guidance
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, facility staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Maintain professional and efficient communication with patients and the clinical team
Requirements
- Active New York State Physician Assistant license
- Strong primary care or adult medicine experience
- Comfortable evaluating and treating patients through telehealth
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
- Comfortable using telehealth technology and electronic medical records
- Must be available to work on-site in Canarsie Monday through Friday
