We are hiring a Production Associate to support hands-on assembly and testing of industrial equipment in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who likes working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that builds real products.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with assembly of mechanical and electromechanical equipment
- Use basic hand tools and follow assembly instructions
- Support testing, setup, and preparation of equipment
- Help with packaging and preparing products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work alongside experienced technicians and assemblers

This position is primarily responsible for assembly and crating of our equipment. This role is in person, every day. You will be on your feet for the majority of the day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic computer skills
- Comfort using hand tools or learning how to use them
- Mechanical curiosity and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Assembly, production, or shop experience
- Mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Soldering, woodworking experience
