Part time - must be able to work 11 pm to 7 am on Friday & Saturday.
The Hotel Night Auditor works the overnight 11pm to 7am shift. The Night Auditor is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answers and transfers phone calls as well as makes reservations. Handles all special requests for services or information for guests.
The Auditor also compiles daily sales information and completes and sends reports to the hotel management.
If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, then this is the job for you. You must enjoy assisting guests with questions, directions, and offering suggestions as to places to eat and visit while in New Braunfels.
Ability to listen to guests complaints, concerns or needs and resolve them to the guests satisfaction. Keeping our guests Happy and Safe is our primary concern.
You must be able to stand for long periods.
Previous hotel experience is a plus, Previous Hampton / Hilton is an extra plus.
