FASTSIGNS #310301 is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:
- Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
- Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
- Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
- Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:
- 2–3 years of customer service, retail, or counter sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional with a strong customer-first mindset
- Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working at a computer, managing multiple projects, and handling detailed information throughout the day
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator is preferred (training provided as needed)
Interest in learning about custom signs, graphics, and visual solutions for businesses
