**Job Title:** Service Advisor
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
**Duties:**
- Interact with customers to determine their vehicle service needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage service orders
- Communicate service recommendations and pricing to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in automotive service
- Knowledge of tire service, and automotive sales
- Mechanical knowledge to assist in diagnosing vehicle issues
- Familiarity with shocks, struts, and other automotive components
**Skills:**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Sales acumen to promote additional services or products
- Detail-oriented approach to maintain accurate records
