We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Pennsylvania licensed and based civil litigation attorney, with three to seven years’ experience. Aviation industry and/or aviation litigation experience is desirable, as is insurance defense experience.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate with 3–7 years of civil litigation experience to join our Pennsylvania team.
The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent legal writing abilities, and the confidence to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with a highly experienced litigation team. We have a strong preference for candidates with a proven track record of handling all aspects of civil litigation (pleadings, written discovery, depositions, mediation/settlement) with minimal supervision.
Experience in aviation litigation, the aviation industry, and/or insurance defense is highly desirable but not required.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of civil litigation experience.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, or eligibility to waive into Pennsylvania.
- New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
- Specialized or significant experience in the aviation industry, aviation law and/or Insurance Defense experience preferred.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Strong oral advocacy and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Highly organized, dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
