This role does a little bit of everything.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, service orientated person to help with daily operations in an office cafe setting. Job details include:
- Greeting guests when they enter the cafe
- Ensure coffee drinks other beverages are made within time standards
- Train on the hot line to learn how to cook all menu items
- Cleaning of space
- Completing daily side work list
- Learning all guests names and what they like to enocourage relationship building and return guests
- Ensure all products are rotated and fresh
ALL EMPLOYEES NEED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING:
- 18 years or older
- Food handling card or certification through the approved organization, and ability to apply that knowledge by way of proper food handling
- Able to lift and move 50 pounds
- Able to sustain working a full shift on your feet
- Must have reliable transportation to get to scheduled shifts and locations on time, and to get home after your shift

- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Ability to easily adapt to new settings and new team members
- Can professionally follow directives and instructions, on the spot, during busy times
- Outgoing, high energy personality
- Ability to communicate accurate information and needs to peers and managers
- Is solution-orientated
