Role Overview: Low-Rise Lead Technician / Sales Technician
You will perform and lead low-rise exterior services for residential and commercial clients while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safe, efficient job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform low-rise window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior services

Lead and support team members on residential and commercial jobs

Communicate professionally with customers on-site

Identify additional service needs for residential customers (commission eligible)

Follow all safety procedures including ladder safety and fall protection

Ensure job quality, efficiency, and cleanliness

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle

Complete basic job documentation and reporting
