Responsibilities
- Professionally clean clients’ homes throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop according to company standards
- Follow Pristine Premier Cleaning’s cleaning procedures, checklists, and quality standards
- Properly and safely use company-provided cleaning products and equipment
- Pay close attention to details and ensure work is completed thoroughly
- Treat every client’s home and belongings with care and respect
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and team members
- Be receptive to feedback and willing to learn
- Work independently and alongside other team members
- Help provide a consistently high-quality experience for every client

Basic Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
