What You’ll Do
- Drive CDL trucks for hauling materials
- Haul equipment to job sites (Class A drivers)
- Assist with excavation, grading, and general sitework
- Perform basic equipment checks and operate safely
- Support the crew with light labor tasks when hauling/equipment work is slow
- Wintertime snow plowing work
What We’re Looking For
- Valid CDL — Class A strongly preferred
- (Class B considered for dump‑truck‑only applicants)
- 3+ years CDL driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass required drug & alcohol testing
- Must meet insurance and company eligibility requirements, including no felony convictions
- Equipment operating experience preferred
- Reliable, team‑oriented, and willing to help where needed
Pay & Benefits
- $24.50–$29/hr based on experience
