What You'll Do
- Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and claims support.
- Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend insurance products that provide the right protection.
- Prepare documents, process policy changes, and maintain accurate client records.
- Follow up with new and existing customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Work closely with our team to achieve individual and office goals.
