o Key Responsibilities
- Foundational Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, digital filing, and documentation using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Office Bookkeeping: Track daily business expenses, manage accounts payable, and input vendor invoices into QuickBooks or equivalent systems.
- CPA & Tax Coordination: Act as our trusted financial anchor by organizing fiscal records and coordinating directly with the company’s designated CPA for seamless tax compliance.
- Executive & Operational Support: Partner with the Director of U.S. Operations, providing mature insights on local vendor communications and office logistics.
o Qualifications & Preferences
- Required: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Preferred: 5+ years of solid experience in corporate administration, office management, or bookkeeping assistant roles.
- Preferred: Hands-on, practical experience with QuickBooks or equivalent bookkeeping software.
- Highly Valued (Big Plus): Prior working experience in the power equipment, electrical engineering, utilities, or energy distribution sectors.
- Fit: A reliable, self-starting professional who enjoys a quiet, respectful work environment and possesses the natural ability to organize an office from the ground up.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. (Must pass a standard pre-employment background check).
