Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and a professional demeanor, ensuring that all interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional service.
Duties:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively to optimize time.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collect copays and insurance deductibles
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle inquiries with strong phone etiquette, providing clear communication to clients.
Experience
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative duties, clear communication, calm, pleasant demeanor, honest and trustworthy character.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with entering insurance information into EMR.
