About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and dependable Shipping & Fulfillment Lead to take ownership of our daily shipping operation.
This role is responsible for processing and shipping hundreds of temperature-controlled orders each week, ensuring every package is picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You will coordinate daily priorities, solve problems, maintain high standards, and continually improve how we work.
The role involves both computer-based order processing and physical fulfillment work, including packing orders, moving inventory, and working in refrigerated and freezer storage areas.
This is a fast-paced, physically active role. You should enjoy staying busy, taking ownership, working as part of a team, and being comfortable in a warehouse environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Process and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for carrier pickup.
- Coordinate daily shipping priorities and workflow.
- Maintain quality standards for packaging and temperature-controlled shipping.
- Ensure shipping supplies and inventory are organized and available.
- Resolve shipping issues and help reduce repeat problems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Support the continued growth of Parker's shipping operation.

Experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, food production, or logistics is helpful but not essential.

Schedule
Full-time Monday - Friday schedule, with typical hours approximately 7:00am–4:00pm (with some variation depending on business needs).
