For this position, you must:

Key responsibilities include:
- marketing assistance
- administrative functions - light reception, filing, copying, scanning
- proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- client event coordination
- customer service for clients
- preparation of presentations, brochures, articles and newsletters
- management of our social media, including LinkedIn and videos uploaded to our website
- coordination of central calendar online and in office
- management of database (Redtail)
- supply procurement
