About the Role
As a Manufacturing Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in our production cycle by operating precision machinery and assembling high-quality components. You will utilize your technical skills to interpret blueprints and maintain equipment, ensuring that every product meets our rigorous quality standards while contributing to efficient shop floor operations.
Responsibilities-
Operate power presses, manual kick presses, and laser cutters to fabricate and assemble precision components.

Perform routine tool and die maintenance using CNC machines, lathes, grinders, and drill presses to ensure equipment reliability.

Utilize resistance welding and soldering techniques to join parts according to technical specifications.

Conduct thorough quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and go/no-go gages to verify compliance.

Manage workflow and production tracking by scanning jobs through digital inventory and management systems.

Operate shear tables and various shop equipment to cut and form wire mesh materials.

Maintain a safe and organized workspace by strictly adhering to all PPE and safety protocols.

Prepare finished goods for storage or shipment to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to pass a basic math proficiency assessment.

Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs and remain standing or seated for extended shifts.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions.

Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

1–2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.

Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and production documentation.

Experience utilizing a variety of hand and power tools in a fast-paced production setting.

Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
