Qualifications:
** DPT or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
**Hawaii State Physical Therapy License or Physical Therapy Assistant License or planning on taking the exam this summer/fall
**2 years successful experience in an Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice

We currently have an amazing opportunity on Maui to come alongside our leadership team of clinic managers. You will be able to learn & grow in your leadership skills as you continue your clinical practice, leading a team of other patient centered clinicians.
As a physical therapist with us, you would be responsible for your own caseload of patients 5 days/wk with built-in administrative time in your schedule. Opportunity to focus on outpatient orthopedics, neuro, or vestibular rehab.

What you need to be successful:
* Provide excellent physical therapy care in an outpatient clinic setting
* Communicate well with our patients and other team members
* Be able to provide leadership and occasionally disciplinary communication when communicating Imua Physical Therapy's Policies and Procedures
* Ability to work closely with all clinic staff- other admin Care Coordinators, PT's, PTA's, OT's and massage therapists- to create positive patient experiences, cultivate strong team relationships, and build morale.
* Ability to be adaptable with team members, be enthusiastic and proactive to get patients scheduled and to help create a positive impact in people's lives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
