Position Summary
Project Controls Analyst is responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This individual provides technical and administrative guidance as well as necessary training to successfully complete these key projects. This position is located in Houston, Texas, and reports to the Sr Facilities & Infrastructure Director.

Essential Job Duties
- Coordinate and schedule vendors, contractors, and service providers in alignment with project timelines.
- Oversee the scope, schedule, and cost of projects to ensure they stay within budget and meet deadlines.
- Identify schedule risks, delays, or resource conflicts and communicate mitigation plans to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to gather data, implement changes, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Support project managers with planning, sequencing, and execution strategies.
- Travel to project locations as needed for progress checks, startups, commissioning, etc.
- Provides oversight of contract compliance and general reporting.
- Adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements for existing and future projects, including permitting and safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs and/or growth

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling principles and vendor coordination
- Strong organization, planning and time-management skills for multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of organization.
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proactive problem-solver with strong critical and analytic skills
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to travel as needed.
