Location: NY 13165
Pay: $736 – $840/week
Hours: 5 x 7.5 hr shifts (37.5 hrs/week), Day/Evening rotations, EOW and holidays required
Orientation: Must start full-shift on Tuesday or Thursday
Provide direct care to residents: hygiene, feeding, toileting, mobility, and positioning
Monitor and record vital signs, weight, intake/output
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Maintain safety, comfort, and clean environment
Report resident changes promptly to nursing staff
Support resident social and emotional needs
Complete required documentation accurately
NYS Nursing Assistant Certification – Required
BLS (AHA or RQI) – Required
Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care – Required
High School Diploma or GED – Required
Available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays
