Sparkle & Shine Janitorial Services is hiring a reliable Field Manager to help manage field operations, train new hires, fill-in at accounts and complete other assigned duties.
Candidate must have strip & wax experience and have a clean background for 30 years. Candidates who do not meet this criteria will not be considered as this role requires both.
Requirements:
- Must pass 30+ year background check and drug test
- Prior cleaning experience REQUIRED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation REQUIRED
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Able to work additional hours as needed
Schedule
- 35-40 hours weekly
- Monday–Friday evenings starting 5:00 PM
- Must be flexible for extra hours (call-offs, PTO, occasional weekends)
What You’ll Do
- Report to the office evening at 5:00 to receive the nightly schdeule
- Fill in at multiple locations when employees are out (vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, trash, etc.)
- Manage call-offs and ensure all buildings are covered
- Inspect buildings and ensure quality standards are met
- Train new team members
- Conduct employee reviews, write-ups, hiring and termination conversations
- Complete specialty work (carpet cleaning, floor care, windows)
- Complete strip & wax services

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
