Contract Length: 9/1/26- 1/22/27
Hourly Wage: $18-$19 Dependent on experience and dependability
Hours: 8:30am-5pm, Monday- Friday, sometimes Saturdays
Daily Schedule:
Two 10 minute breaks, 10:50 am and 3:20 pm
30 min lunch break at 1pm
Overtime eligible
Job Overview: The Seasonal Warehouse Associate is a vital, hands-on role requiring a proactive and flexible individual who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. This position supports Blackstrap's warehouse operational needs during the peak season.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform core warehouse functions including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently.
● Execute merchandising tasks for special vendor requests, poly-bagging, price stickering, etc.
● Maintain detailed, accurate, and neat records, both manually and digitally. Proficiently navigates the WMS and warehouse.
● Assist in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts, down stocking, and receiving inbound inventory
● Ensure all safety protocols are being followed and the warehouse maintains clean and navigable.
Physical Requirements and Qualifications:
● Work well on a team.
● Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.
● Capability to consistently lift up to 50-pounds and team lift items over 50 pounds.
● Must maintain a high level of productivity while working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple objectives simultaneously.
● Operation of warehouse vehicles and equipment
● Dependability during the busy season.
