Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of boba tea and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide personalized beverage recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in accordance with food safety standards
- Handle retail sales transactions including cash handling, processing cash transactions, and managing payments with precision
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure safe preparation and serving of beverages in compliance with health regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of service
Skills
- Experience working as a barista or in food service environments, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Strong retail math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction management
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing sales totals efficiently
